We have decided to temporarily close our doors so that we can do our part to assist in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 by following the new Government guidelines for leisure facilities. We will be reassessing the situation in May 2020 as more developments are released. Any customers with games booked before this time can expect them to be canceled. We are issuing full refunds to those with bookings during this time scale. With regards to those who have bookings that they have placed using a voucher, you will need to contact your merchant in order to learn more about changes in terms and conditions or to potentially claim a refund.
